Support Beyond Borders is only responsible for implementing the project as specified in the project description. If the client wishes to make additional assignments he should request an additional quote, otherwise he agrees to accept the terms of the contract.

Support Beyond Borders has a right to cancel the order and refund in the following cases:

1) The client demands unreasonable revision of the project
2) Support Beyond Borders suspect the payment to be fraud

Support Beyond Borders has the right to set an extra price quote if the client wishes to make additional project changes which were not stipulated before and were not stated in the project description.

As soon as the client receives the download link and accepts the result, the project is considered to be completed and is NOT to be reviewed or revised.


if Client decides to terminate the project before the work is completed, Support Beyond Services shall retain the full first payment (deposit) to compensate the initial hours that Support Beyond Services put into work. Client understands that they cannot claim any additional expenses, damages, or claim based on Client’s decision to terminate the contract in the future.


Support Beyond Borders is an independent contractor. Support Beyond Borders shall determine, in its sole discretion, the manner and means by which the Services are accomplished. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employee-employer relationship is intended or created by the contract. Neither party is authorized to act as the other party ceases to conduct business in its normal course; makes an assignment for the benefit of creditors; is liquidated or otherwise dissolved; becomes insolvent; files a petition in bankruptcy; or a receiver, trustee, or custodian is appointed for it. In the event of termination, Client shall pay Support Beyond Borders for the Services performed through the date of termination in the amount of a prorated portion of the fees due. Client shall pay all Expenses, Fees, and Additional Costs incurred through the date of termination.


During the first month following expiration of the contract, Support Beyond Borders shall provide up to forty (40 )hours of Support Services at no additional cost to Client. Support Services means commercially reasonable technical support and assistance to maintain and update the Deliverables, including correcting any errors or Deficiencies. Requests for additional support will be billed on a time and materials basis at Contractor standard rate. The services in the Warranty Period and do not include enhancements to the Project or other services outside the scope of the Proposal.


Support Beyond Borders shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than a representative of the client at any time either during the term of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to client, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets.


Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, products, or other information (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part in Support Beyond Borders in connection with the Services shall be the exclusive property of the client. Upon request, Support Beyond Borders shall sign all documents necessary to confirm or perfect the exclusive ownership of the client to the Work Product.


Support Beyond Borders will not be liable for loss, damage or delay of Client’s project due to circumstances beyond Support Beyond Borders’ control. Such circumstances may include (but are not limited to) acts of God, public unrest, power outages, and inability to contact Client. In the event of such loss, damage or delay, Support Beyond Borders will make every effort to notify Client immediately.
